Happy Mother's Day



I am proud to have such a great group of Green Mommy's to call friends. You commitment to positive change is inspiring. I've been having a great day, and I hope all of you are too, spending time with those sweet children who have made us Mommies, and inspire us to leave a better world for them.

Happy Mother's Day!
In honor of Mother Earth, while at Oliver's this morning, I bought one of their green bags! Yippie!
Now to remember to bring it back with me, or just buy another one.

Side note: I saw someone the other day at Raley's. The were filling her Oliver's Market bags. So, I don't think it matters if you bring in another store's bag. I would think Raley's is happy they are shopping in their store.

I totally use my Safeway and Trader Joe's Reusable bags everywhere... even Target. No one has ever given me even a weird look yet.. .but maybe I'm oblivious :) So I say as long as you remember, use your bags everywhere!

So to catch you up...

Jennifer started this blog because she was going through the process of becoming more conscious of her lifestyle choices and had decided to "go green". As she talked to her friends she quickly realized that she was not the only one interested in making changes. The blog was born. We used this as a place to discuss things we've tried and to support each other in the journey.
